Field Training System
In this demo, we will break down the Field Training System. Based on the San Jose Field Training Model, this system features the following functionality:
- Track, review and analyze on-the-job performance and skill development over the course of a field training program
- Capture a new daily observation report
- Create supervisor observation reports
- Measure training performance over time
- Identify potential biases based on performance details
